Scripting
Making a PDF / Printing Scripts
A PDF or printed copy of your script can be useful for several reasons:
- To print physical copies for your presenters to read at a lectern
- To use to call your show if your venue does not have a reliable internet connection
- To reference older copies of your script in the event that changes are made
To access this, choose your session, and under the View Script dropdown, open either the Full Script or the Spoken Word, depending on whether or not you want the A/V cues to be included.

From this screen, a Print Script link is available at the top of the page:

This will open your browser’s print dialog, where you can either print directly to a printer, or choose to save your script as a PDF document.

Layout Considerations
These PDFs are designed to print well across a variety of scripts. For example, it will try its best to keep script sections together and avoid page breaks within a section, so that speakers reading from a printed script don't have an awkward page breaks right in the middle of a sentence.
In addition, each block is printed after a fresh a page break, which will allow your team to easily print and replace just a specific block if there are script updates that need to be inserted, without needing to re-print the entire script.
Interactive Session Agenda
The session agenda included in the first few pages of the PDF is interactive in most PDF clients. This means that you can click block names to scroll directly to that block.
Conversely, you can click any block name to quickly return to the agenda. This is helpful for quickly jumping around in your script while working in the PDF.
