Viewing Scripts

After creating your script, you can view it in its entirety from the Full Script View. This is the best way to look at your entire script, and is how you should load your script when it comes to show time.

This is because the entire script loads in this page, meaning that even if you lose your internet connection, you'll still have your entire script open without needing to load additional pages. This view also supports live show tracking.

To open this page, navigate to your session, and click the Full Script button from the top.

Example of the Full Script View

The top of the script shows your production and session name. If the session contains confidential sections, and you have permission to view those, you will see a "Confidential" banner at the top of the script.

The Views tabs allow you to toggle between a view showing your A/V cues (useful for technical team members and department operators), versus a view without cues (useful for sharing with speakers or printing for a podium script).

The Print Script button allows you to print a physical or PDF copy of your script.

Table of contents

The Session Agenda is a list of blocks which are interactive. Clicking one will scroll you down to the appropriate block.

After scrolling down to a block, you can easily return to the table of contents by clicking the block name again. This is a quick way to jump around your session (for example, during rehearsals).

Live Show Tracking

The full script view allows you to control and view live tracking. To learn more about how this works, see live show tracking.

Run of Show View

If you would prefer to see a more condensed view of the script, similar to a traditional rundown, consider using our run of show view.
