Shareable Public Links
Each session offers a public link. This is a link that you can share internally or with stakeholders to give them a read-only view of a particular session.
To find this link, navigate to your Session Dashboard, and then choose Share from the top menu:
Notes:
- This link will not require users to sign in or have an account.
- This link will not include any A/V cues, meaning viewers will not be able to see any of your lighting, video, audio or general cues.
- This link will only work for that particular session, and it will not allow users to see or view any other sessions.
- This link will redact any confidential information.
Links expire
This link expires after the production date has passed.
If you would like to share the full script with cues and run of show access, adding additional users in Script Elephant is completely free with no additional charges. Control the user permissions as needed and revoke access at a later date if necessary.
